Scheduling Policy
To respect the time of all clients and barbers, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may forfeit their appointment, and the slot may be offered to the next guest.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, repeated last-minute cancellations disrupt our schedule and impact other clients. If a pattern of late cancellations occurs, booking privileges may be temporarily suspended.
No Call / No Show Policy
Respecting our barbers’ time is essential. If you miss an appointment without notice, your booking privileges will be suspended until the missed session is paid in full. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
